Belle (or maybe you know her as Jess) is a 2013 graduate of Scott College of Cosmetology, East Liverpool Campus. Belle joined Eclectic Hair Studio upon graduation and has been making her guests feel amazing inside and out ever since. She's passionate about providing the ultimate experience for her guests.

When I’m not spending time with my amazing work family, I’m spending every second I can with my family & friends! I also enjoy trying new restaurants!

Belle is outstanding and always makes me feel refreshed. She is a magician with color and always transforms my look. Perfect cut, it gave my hair a little bounce back.

Belle and Angie are wonderful and welcoming. The salon was clean and regularly sanitized during my visit amidst COVID stress. All patrons and beauticians were properly covered. Belle did wonderful work as per her usual, even going back before I left to fix a piece of hair I wasn't completely happy with. Eclectic Salon goes above and beyond.
