At Eclectic Hair Studio, we value the talent and experience of our professionals. Although all artists start as licensed professionals, we are dedicated to education and becoming the best version of ourselves. Artists at Eclectic Hair Studio refine and develop skills each and every day. For this reason, we have varying levels of artists based on their experience and expertise.
ASSOCIATE ARTIST
Education is the key to our success at Eclectic Hair Studio. We firmly believe in giving opportunity to new stylists who are willing to become the best version of themselves. Most of our artists have joined the Eclectic Team upon graduating cosmetology school. We train them in-house and along side the best in our industry to help prepare them to work behind the chair with extreme expertise. An apprentice is licensed but often works side-by-side with higher-level stylists to gain knowledge and experience. Some services may be offered at a discount as they perfect their skills.
LEVEL ONE ARTIST
As our artists transition out of the apprentice phase, they become a level one artist. At this point, they have attained our minimum standard knowledge and have experience behind the chair. This level artist has a strong foundation, is building their guest list and progressing towards level two artist. A level one artist is completely capable of any service they are offering, but may ask another team member for advice if needed (we encourage this).
LEVEL TWO ARTIST
A level two artist has refined their technical skills, has a stronger guest base and is continuing to learn more. By this point, a level two artist has received countless hours of advanced education and guest service skills. This artist works independently, but may utilize an apprentice throughout the day. A level two artist is dedicated to their craft and has a great understanding of guests' needs.
LEVEL THREE ARTIST
A level three artist is an experienced artist who has serviced many guests. When an artist reaches level three, they have earned several certifications, attended multiple advanced trainings and even help coach new talent in the studio. Their productivity level is high and their guest satisfaction level is great. A level three artist knows their craft inside and out, but is still continuing their education to stay at the top of their game. These artists have become successful in staying up-to-date on the latest trends.
LEVEL FOUR ARTIST
A level four artist has had multiple promotions. This artist has really narrowed down to performing services they are truly passionate about. They have found their niche and strive for perfection in those specific services. With endless education, certifications and experience under their belt, this artist is ready to provide you with the ultimate guest experience at each visit.
