In order to book an NBR appointment, there is a non refundable retainer required. The retainer goes towards the overall cost of the appointment (unless you violate a policy below), with the remaining balance due day of service.
*A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule appointment. You may reschedule your appointment once.
*Cancelled appointments forfeit retainers.
